Welcome to the Lake Creek Ranch.

The Lake Creek Ranch offers a unique combination of a stunning live water creek, multiple homesites, irrigated pasture, dryland pasture, hunting, trail riding, private shooting range, and more. Little Butte Creek also provides approximately 32-acres of irrigation water rights, which is delivered via buried mainlines and pod lines to around 22-acres of pasture. Osborn Creek is also located along the far west property line.

There is a small knob to the south of the pastures that is almost entirely on the property and provides great riding trails, game habitat as well as incredible views of the valley and distant mountains.
