Welcome to Christie Orchard, located in the beautiful and temperate Rogue Valley of southwestern Oregon.

All of the water is pulled directly from the Rogue River, and there are multiple three-phase power drops. 

The property has high quality loam soils with +/-129 acres of Class II sandy loams (+/- 75% of the property) and +/-15 acres of Class II Evans loam soils (+/- 9% of the property). The orchard is currently planted with two varieties of pears, including comice and bosc, which produced just over 1,000 tons of production in 2019. This property also has vast potential to be transitioned to row crops or other agricultural ventures with the combination of Class II soils and available water. There are also 19.95 acres at the southernmost part of the property listed in Josephine County’s aggregate inventory.

The location is exceptional being just 7 miles to the conveniences of Grants Pass, and 30 miles to the Rogue Valley International Airport. At 900 feet above sea level, the climate is highly sought after with four distinct seasons including a mild winter and a long growing season.
