The master suite is situated on main floor of the home along with the second bedroom, kitchen with pantry, living room, while the third bedroom is the loft area of the second story. The home also features a Blaze King wood stove and Monitor oil stove for heating. The mudroom leads to the covered carport attached to the house. A private spring feeds the home with drinking water and is used to irrigate the yard with underground sprinklers.

The insulated shop is 30′ x 50′ and features wood framing, metal roof & siding and concrete floors. There are two 12′ roll up doors, 220v power, a wood stove for heating, and a half bathroom. Rocky Mountain Elk, Mule & Whitetail Deer, Black Bear, Turkey, and Grouse have all been found on the ranch. Elk have been known to calve on the property as well. The well maintained timber features Douglas & White Fir, Tamarack, and Ponderosa Pine. An old orchard with apple and cherry trees located next to a spring provides additional wildlife habitat. Irrigation water from Pine Creek is delivered via the Curry Ditch and supplemental water of 2.25 shares from Pine Lakes adds to the irrigation season.

Located within close proximity to the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area and the Wallowa Whitman National Forest, year round world class activities are only minutes away. The Snake River and Brownlee Reservoir provide salmon, steelhead, sturgeon, trout, and bass fishing in addition to watersports. The nearby Wallowa Mountains provide some of the absolute best snowmobiling terrain the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
