Shannon Forrest became a broker in 2021 and joined the Martin Outdoor Property Group in the same year. During her career with the team, she has closed a wide array of real estate transactions, quickly establishing herself as a reputable broker amongst the community and team. She has been involved in transactions with new construction, irrigated land, rural estates, productive agriculture including vineyards, and more. This varied experience benefits her clients, with Shannon continuing to prioritize a thorough and comprehensive real estate experience in every transaction.
Real Estate — A Love for the Outdoors
Raised on a ranch in the heart of the Applegate Valley, Shannon’s love for Southern Oregon runs deep. Growing up, Shannon spent her time raising beef cattle in 4H and working as a steward of her family’s ranch, instilling a sense of responsibility and appreciation for land at a young age.
After graduating from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Outdoor Adventure Leadership and Business – Shannon has enjoyed working in operations for a whitewater rafting and fishing outfitter on the Rogue River and in management for a prominent winery in the Rogue Valley.
