An Experienced Broker in the Rogue Valley
Alex Larson has been a real estate broker since 2013, became a Principal Broker in 2017, and was a brokerage owner prior to joining the Martin Outdoor Property Group. Over his career he has specialized in rural property types, including homes with acreage, waterfront properties, recreational properties, and more.
His love of the rural lifestyle is a catalyst for his career in rural real estate. For over a decade, Alex has helped both buyers and sellers obtain their rural real estate goals in Josephine and Jackson counties, with Alex bringing a continuous sense of excitement and knowledge to the transaction.
Real Estate — A Familiar Industry
Prior to becoming a broker, Alex was well versed in and drawn to the real estate industry. Over the years, he has participated in the management and maintenance of his family’s rental real estate portfolio, while also obtaining experience in various construction trades that provide him with additional insight and experience that is valuable to his clientele and team. Alex started his career as a broker at Blackbird Real Estate in Josephine County, and was later a part owner of the company.
After a chance conversation with Chris about a local ranch, Alex found an opportunity to pair his relationships, experiences, and goals with the track record, marketing, and growth aspirations shared at the Martin Outdoor Property Group.
