Introducing Jordan Dodge, our listing coordinator.
How long have you worked for Martin Outdoor Property Group? A little over 2 years but I’ve known Chris for nearly 17 years.
What do you do here? I’m the listing coordinator for Martin Outdoor Property Group. I research things like county records, maps, well logs, and septic records, research water rights, and basically help the realtors get prepared for the first listing appointment. Then once the listing agreement is signed I help prepare what’s called the offering memorandum, do more property research, and then make sure everything stays up to date on our internal systems.
What’s your favorite thing about your job? Getting to see so many beautiful properties, especially the riverfront ones.
Something else you might find interesting about Jordan: I’m that rare Rogue Valley native who was born and raised here in Southern Oregon. Also, I was homeschooled and was able to graduate High School at 16 years old.
Do you have any animals? I have five! Bailey and Gauge are my two dogs, then a big Bay paint horse named Blue. Finally, my two cats Mouse and Mojo.
What do you do when you’re not working? My Christian values are a big part of my life, I helped out with my church’s Sunday school program for 11 years and am still very active. I also used to ride horses competitively but now I just like taking Blue out trail riding and exploring the outdoors.
