This move creates a hybrid model: we’ll continue to represent your properties with the national presence, tools, and storytelling power of LandLeader, while also gaining stronger local support, deeper networking opportunities, and a greater balance for our team through John L. Scott.

Our real estate licensing will now be under the John L. Scott brand, and we will be working out of the John L. Scott office in Medford. You will benefit from the increased marketing reach of John L. Scott’s channels, while continuing to receive the same national marketing presence through LandLeader that you have today.

During the week of September 15th, the change in brokerages will officially occur. That same week, if your property is currently for sale, updated signs with the new branding will be installed.
