As we say goodbye to 2021, and reflect on this past year we find ourselves filled with gratitude for all of the people that we have had the honor to work with and for this last year. We have been blessed with another successful year and enjoyed many remarkable opportunities that continue our growth as a team. We were truly fortunate this year to have such an amazing group of people to work with.
Similar to 2020, rural property values have seen new all-time highs and the available inventory is still quite low, making this a great time for sellers. The market clearly has spoken that the desire to own property that provides a sense of freedom is here to stay with rural homes, small ranches, and recreational properties seeing very steady demand. We have been privileged with the opportunity to help both buyers and sellers navigate the market and make lasting friendships along the way.
We would like to take a moment to thank all of the many people who helped make this year a success, with special recognition to the title companies, lenders, land use consultants, attorneys, inspectors, contractors, appraisers, and many others who helped make this year’s achievements possible. We couldn’t have done any of it without these relationships, it’s because of all of you that we are so grateful to be able to provide a high level of service. As our team continues to grow, 2021 has brought on a couple of team members that we are so appreciative and excited to have on board. Kate Neville is our team coordinator, and a licensed broker. Shannon Wester is a licensed broker and has come on board as a buyer’s specialist. We could not be more excited and proud of the year that each person has had. Evan Kaseberg and Alex Larson both had career years in sales. A big congratulations to both of them for working hard, exceeding their goals, and delivering great marketing and customer service. Sam Terrell and Caspian Hoehne have been doing a phenomenal job of building their businesses through steadfast consistency and old-fashioned hard work. Caleb Howard established himself in 2020 as one of the best ranch brokers in NE Oregon and has continued to build on that in 2021, we are very much looking forward to what he will accomplish over the next few years. Chris Martin and Ashley Lacer had a phenomenal year as the SW Oregon team continued to grow and seeks to raise the marketing bar to another level going into 2022.
