Mike Lee is passionate about the clients he serves, the land he sells and the area we live. Mike’s roots run deep in Southern Oregon with a foundation of faith and providing for his family.
Mike strives to exceed his clients’ expectations by providing outstanding customer service and attention to detail, while pursuing excellence for his clients. Mike is especially thankful for the lasting relationships selling real estate in our valley creates. These relationships have made Mike a trusted real estate agent in our area.
Professional Experience
Mike has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience working in the outdoor industry as a seasoned guide and outfitter for over 20 years. He also worked for nearly a decade as a commercial jet boat pilot while teaching school in the off season. Mike also served in the military overseas, earned a commission, and a master’s degree while in college. These life experiences are especially helpful when connecting with clients buying or selling their next home or property.
Personal
As a 4th generation Southern Oregonian, Mike has a unique perspective and skillset of knowing what Oregon has to offer for potential landowners. Visitors who spend just a day in the diverse landscape of Southern Oregon quickly understand why our area is so appealing. Mike has an in depth understanding of the land, wildlife as well as the habitats within giving perspective to best land use practices and the intricacies of owning property in Oregon. Mike is eager to share these years of information with clients to help assist them in their land and home goals.
Mike, his wife Candey, and their three daughters call Southern Oregon home. Mike still operates an outfitting business focusing mainly on blacktail deer, works their 200-acre ranch, and in his spare time seeks adventure hunting big game throughout the west.

I have some exciting news, first off, I am grateful for the people that I had the opportunity to work with at Cascade Sotheby’s. I only have positive words to express my experience with this company.
However, I have been invited and given the opportunity to join the Martin Outdoor Property Group of LandLeader. I am excited for this opportunity to improve my business and improve my clients’ experience. Moving to MOPG is a way to surround myself in a culture that will consistently challenge me to learn and grow.
